Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs while managing the logistics and planning required for our retreats. To balance flexibility and operational efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Windows:

• More than 60 days before the retreat start date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a $250 administrative fee. This covers initial preparation costs and provides flexibility for participants.

• 30-59 days before the retreat start date:A 50% refund will be provided. At this stage, we may have made non-refundable reservations, so a partial refund is fair.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund within this period due to the close proximity to the retreat and the expenses already incurred.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your place in the retreat. This deposit ensures your commitment and covers the initial expenses that begin well before the retreat.

3. Transfer Policy:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person up to 14 days before the retreat start date. Please notify us in advance to facilitate the transfer. This helps maintain the retreat's dynamics while offering flexibility.

4. Credit for Future Retreats:

If you cancel 14-29 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a credit equivalent to 25-50% of the retreat fee, applicable to a future retreat within one year. This option offers flexibility while showing our appreciation for your commitment.

5. Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies, such as medical issues or severe family situations, may arise. In the event of agenuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

6. Travel Insurance:

Westrongly recommendthat participants purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, and medical emergencies. This ensures that you are protected in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending.

7. Transparency and Communication:

Our cancellation policy is clearly communicated during the booking process and is available on our website. We encourage you to review this policy carefully and reach out if you have any questions.
